A/C Service
There’s nothing worse than no A/C on a sweltering day. While rolling down your windows will provide some relief, what about those days when it just feels like an oven outside?

Whether your A/C is not as cold as it used to be, has weak airflow, emits a bad odor or shows signs of leakage, we will get you cool and comfortable again. Our ASE-Certified Technicians will inspect and evaluate your A/C system and perform any necessary repairs.

Conversely, you don’t want to be driving around during our frigid Wisconsin winters without heat. And what about that defroster? Are you trying to drive while clearing your windshield with your gloves? Our technicians will make your car cozy again and your windshield clean and clear.

If your car shows any signs that the A/C or heating system might be malfunctioning, don’t wait. We want to address any issue before it becomes a more serious problem.

It might start with that distinctive squeal then you start to feel a grinding sensation when you stop abruptly. Maybe there’s a warning light for your ABS, reduced responsiveness or pulling to one side while braking. All of these are indications that you need a brake inspection.

After inspecting the system, including rotors, drums, caliper slides, fluid, shoes, and pads our ASE-Certified Technicians will recommend what’s needed and perform the services to give your car back its proper braking power. Properly caring for your car’s brakes will help keep you confident and safe on the road.

Cooling System
Your engine needs to stay in the proper operating temperature range in order to function properly. The cooling system uses coolant, at a 50/50 mix of water and anti-freeze. If the low coolant light is on, your engine temperature is heading toward the hot zone; or if you notice cold air blowing from your vents with the heat on, you also have a cooling system issue.

Engine Diagnostics
The engine is the heart of your car. And just like your body, if the heart isn’t working properly it can affect other systems and cause serious problems. If you keep your car on a routine maintenance schedule, you may avoid costly repairs. You know that regular oil changes are a part of keeping your car running smoothly. But, there also are other things you can do to care for the vital parts of your car.

Check Engine Light
Keep an eye on your dashboard to make sure no warning lights are on. If your Check Engine light is on, our ASE-Certified Repair Technicians will use the latest in diagnostics to find and correct the problem.

Fuel Injection Service
Dirt and carbon deposits build up in your vehicle fuel system from everyday wear and tear. If you are experiencing any of the following signs, you might have excessive buildup in your fuel injection system:

  • Poor acceleration or performance
  • Reduced fuel economy
  • Stalling, hesitating or bucking
  • Rough idling or poor starting

A fuel injection service removes the unwanted buildup by cleaning your injectors, intake valves, and combustion chambers, resulting in increased fuel mileage, a smooth-idling engine and improved performance.

Timing Belt
The timing belt keeps the crankshaft and camshaft turning in the proper timing. If the timing belt breaks, your engine will stop running suddenly and could suffer catastrophic damage like bent valves or broken pistons. Replacing the timing belt according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule will reduce the possibility of this type of damage to occur. By choosing Auto Elite, our team can replace your timing belt at the right mileage interval, keeping your budget and your schedule on track.

Exhaust System
It’s pretty easy to notice when your car has an exhaust system problem. A loud noise or exhaust smell in the cabin usually gives it away. When you bring your car to Auto Elite, we will inspect the entire exhaust system from the manifolds to the tailpipe muffler, check the catalytic converter for leaks or poor flow, as well as the oxygen sensors and gaskets. We will have your vehicle back to peak performance in no time.

Starting and Charging Systems
Car batteries last an average of 3 to 5 years. If you usually drive fewer than 20 minutes, the battery may not fully charge, resulting in shortened battery charging capability and a shorter lifespan.

If your battery is a getting up there in age or is giving you warning signs, don’t wait until you are stranded. Have our ASE-Certified Technicians test your battery and let you know if it’s time to replace it.

Chassis and Steering
After inspecting the system—including rotors and drums, caliper slides, fluid, shoes, and pads—our experienced ASE-Certified Technicians will make recommendations and efficiently perform the services needed to give your car back its robust braking power. Properly caring for your car’s brakes will help keep you confident and secure on the road.

Like the way the engine is the heart of your car, the transmission is the nervous system, delivering controls from the Transmission Control Module and power from the engine to the wheels. Automatic transmissions depend on many computer signals to know which gears to engage. Manual transmissions leave that to the driver.

Whether you have an automatic or a manual transmission, our ASE-Certified Technicians have the experience to take care of it for you. We run full diagnostic checks on your transmission, inspect it for leaks and test the fluid for signs of contamination or other problems. We can also completely flush your automatic transmission and replace the fluid in your manual transmission.

If the transmission warning light is on, your car won’t go into gear or your clutch is whining, bring it in for an inspection.
